Rhéaldine (Rhéa) Cormier of Dover passed away peacefully on April 6, 2012, at the age of 62, at The Moncton Hospital atter a long and courageous battle with cancer.
Born in Dover on October 21, 1949, she was the daughter of the late Alfred (Fred) LeBlanc and the late Léa LeBlanc.
All who knew Rhéaldine will always remember her for her courage and determination during all the years of her illness. She enjoyed life with her family, especially in seeing her grandchildren grow up. She had loving support from her husband who was devoted to her care, and from many friends and family, more particularly by those she referred to as her 'angels' who were there for her. She was always so grateful for their help and kindness.
She will be deeply missed by her husband of 42 years, Francis (Frank), her two children, Lisa (Dwayne) Meagher of Limoges, ON and Marc (Natacha) of Little Dover, as well as her four precious and adored grandchildren, Francis, Jessie, Jacob and Mélodie. She is survived by her twin brother, Rhéal (Pam) of Dover, her sisters Alfreda (Alfred) Gautreau, Bernice (Paul) Belliveau, Marie-Louise (Edgar) Belliveau of Dieppe and Diane (late Yvon) Poirier of lrishtown, and brothers Willie (Gertrude), Paul ((Jeannette) of Dieppe, Pierre-Francis (Jeannine) of Bathurst, and Roger (Jeanne-Mance) of Little Dover. A nephew Donald and a niece Julie predeceased her. She will also be missed by the Cormier family and by numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will receive condolences at the Dupuis Funeral. The funeral mass will be celebrated at Notre-Dame-de-l'Annonciation Church in Pré-d'en-Haut on Tuesday, April 10 at 7:30.
